Fixed Price Agreements
We offer Fixed Price Agreements to all clients. We reach an agreement as to:
- The scope of work you want us to perform for you over a period (usually 1 year).
- Agreement on the investment you are willing to make for these services
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following to all clients on a fixed price agreement:
- Unlimited advice when you need it (telephone calls are not charged)
- Flexible payment options to allow you to better manage your cash flow.
Our Guarantee to you
Our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the clients. If you are not completely satisfied with the services performed by us, you have the option of either:
- A refund of the payment for the preceding month, or
- A refund of a portion of the preceding month’s price that reflects your level of satisfaction with our service.
We want our clients to be unequivocally happy with the services we provide.
